A resin coating applied over your existing concrete garage slab, in a solid colour or a broadcast flake blend. It replaces a bare, porous slab with a sealed, wipeable surface that reads as a finished room rather than a leftover one.

The job
What's involved
How long it takes depends on the size of the slab and how much prep it needs — we give you that in writing with the quote.

We look at the slab and talk through colour and finish options.

The concrete is ground back and any cracks or joints are repaired.
- 03
A base coat goes down, then colour flake is broadcast into it if you have chosen a flake system.

The surface is scraped back flat and sealed with a topcoat.

We walk the finished floor with you before we leave.

Questions
Before you ask
- Can you coat a slab that already has old paint or a failing coating on it?
- Usually yes. Existing coatings come off during grinding. We look at the slab first, because how much prep it needs is the main thing that changes the price.
- Do you have to move everything out of the garage?
- Yes. The whole slab has to be clear so we can grind and coat edge to edge, including under shelving and along the walls.
- Can I pick the colour?
- Yes. Flake blends come in a range of colours and you choose the blend; solid colours are also available. The gallery shows finishes from real jobs so you can see them in a room rather than on a sample chip.
