Bathroom and shower tile installation
Tile installation for bathrooms — tub surrounds, shower walls and bathroom floors. This is the room where setting the tile flat and getting the waterproofing right matters most, because both are hidden once the job is done.

What's involved
How long it takes depends on the size of the slab and how much prep it needs — we give you that in writing with the quote.
- 01
We look at the room and the substrate, and go over tile, layout and grout.
- 02
Substrate and waterproofing are prepared.
- 03
Tile is set and levelled, working out from the layout lines.
- 04
Grout and silicone go in once the tile has set.
- 05
We walk the finished room with you.
Questions
Before you ask
- Do you supply the tile or do I?
- Either works. Plenty of customers choose and buy their own tile; if you would rather we sourced it, say so when you request a quote.
- Can you do a tiled shower floor rather than a moulded base?
- Ask us about your specific bathroom. It depends on the layout and the drain, and it is a question worth working through at quote stage rather than after demolition.
- What about large-format tile?
- Yes. Large-format tile is set with levelling clips to keep the plane flat across the wall or floor — there are in-progress photos in the gallery showing exactly that.
